Besides working on the products themselves, there was a lot of design work needed in actually selling them. I worked with the marketing team to create user education emails, user retention emails that highlighted popular apps and watchfaces, and emails pushing different product offerings for various campaigns. This was another dynamic channel used to communicate Pebble’s quirky, sassy, and bold tone of voice and visual language.
