With the release of Pebble’s first colored screen watch, after a $20 million Kickstarter campaign, a new website was needed to explain the main features of the watch as well as our unique Timeline concept. The site was also an opportunity to test different branding approaches and the overall tone of the brand.
The use of quirky illustration played a role in maintaining the humorous, “we’re not taking ourselves too seriously” approach that we already started to build. The illustrations also emphasized the watch's features in a fun, easily digestible way.
