Dead Sea Scrolls Digital Library

This archive was designed to allow public access to all of the scanned scroll fragments that were found in the Judean Desert along the western shore of the Dead Sea. Using Google’s imaging technology, users can explore the scrolls like never before. I had the chance to execute the design with HTML and CSS. Being involved in the technical aspects of how a user interacts with design has contributed a lot to me as a designer and continues to help me push the boundaries of what’s possible.
